Membership 

The HR Think Tank is owned by Knowledge Resources (KR) in partnership with the Institute for Futures Research (IFR). The HR Think Tank is operated by KR’s research department in Sandton, South Africa. 

 

We are a membership-based organisation with three tiers:

 

  • Corporate members (Private Sector, Government and SOEs)

  • Academic institutions

  • Individuals and NGOs

 

With over 80 members from business, academia and NGOs we generate and share policy ideas around the broader challenges facing HR and labour in South Africa.

CORPORATE

5 members

Corporate organisations can join at an annual membership fee of R 25 000. The organisation can nominate five representatives to participate on the HR Think Tank.

ACADEMIC

5 members

Academic institutions can join as members at an annual membership fee of R 7 500. Up to five representatives can be nominated to participate on the HR Think Tank. The same benefits as above will apply.

Individuals, NGOs, SMEs, development agencies etc. functioning in the broader human capital and labour space can join at an annual membership fee of R 5 000.00 and receive the same membership benefits as above.
